The book of Revelation contains many symbols. Some of these symbols are used elsewhere in the scriptures and are relatively easy to interpret. Others were common in the ancient world, but may not be well known to modern readers. I’ll explain some of these symbols in this video, which will continue our study of the book of Revelation.
I’ll look especially at the messages to the churches in Pergamum and Thyatira. Each of these churches was given a strong affirmation, and a serious warning. What can we learn from these exhortations about what it takes to be a leader in today’s world? The answer might surprise you.
